Dont Blame the cops – Blame big tech companies

Don’t Blame the Cops Blame the Big tech Companies for not fighting for their customers rights
Why didn’t our Telephone service providers and Big tech Companies Like Apple,Google and Facebook tell us that they were sharing all our personal information with Government officials who requested it without a warrant. For years big tech companies and Telephone companies have been giving government officials free access to their customers private information without letting the customer know. What a stab in the back.
In a Major win for U.S citizens privacy concerns. Supreme court says warrant is required for phone location data
Why would a judge rule that cellphone location data is not protected by the Fourth Amendment, which forbids unreasonable search and seizure, and therefore don’t require a warrant. How did he get to become a judge and why do we give people like him the authority to judge others. But In the Supreme Court’s ruling, Chief Justice John Roberts wrote that the government’s searches of phone records were considered a Fourth Amendment search. The Government’s position fails to contend with the seismic shifts in digital technology that made possible the tracking of everybody’s location, not for a short period but for years and years. Roberts pointed out that allowing government access to historical GPS data infringes on our Fourth Amendment protections and expectation of privacy, by providing law enforcement with an ‘all-encompassing record’ of our whereabouts. He added that historical GPS data presents an ‘even greater privacy risk’” than real-time GPS monitoring.”
